"Had snow tires put on that we purchased from this store several years ago for our upcoming trip; the tires were put on properly but they didn't bother to insure that they were inflated according to specifications; the psi was very low after leaving the shop and had to be aired up; very much disappointed with the overall service. "Awesome is all I can say. My wife had a tire separate in Evergreen and I went and placed spare on the car. I made it to Atmore and my spare went out due to valve stem leak. I ended up leaving the car and returning the next day after searching google for a tire shop. I made my decision based off the reviews and man what an experience it was. They didn’t have my tire in stock but after looking at the tire they recommended taking it where I got it for the warranty work. Most places would have sold me a tire and not even mentioned about it being prorated as a warranty claim. I ended up taking tire back and getting new one for 40 dollars. I returned the next day and they repaired my spare tire. If you need tires in Atmore this is your place you are treated with respect and you can just tell that they care more about the customer than just selling a product. The customer service is top notch. This is a awesome reminder to me about supporting your local businesses and not the big box stores because you won’t find service like this there. "I walked in the store feeling defeated because we had purchased a new travel trailer and had a blowout on the interstate causing severe damage to the trailer. John was kind enough to take the time to educate me about travel trailer tires and we proceeded to find out that my travel trailer tires were aged beyond usable time. Not only did they assist me with knowledge, they also were very speedy and getting everything done. Since our camper was parked and set up, John allowed me to bring in a couple tires at a time and then pay whenever we were completely done. Not only that he made absolutely certain that the tires that I was purchasing had been made as close to today’s date as he had availability for. I saw him handle a number of customers with special requests for tires and can vouch for the unbelievably awesome customer service that he had, not only for me, but equally for everyone else that walked into his business. The load that he and his staff took off of my shoulders was incredible. I do not have the words to thank him and the guys that worked on my tires enough. Beyond being kind, the professionalism, the knowledge and the speed of the service was above and beyond. John, like I told you in the store, I would love to see your tire shop be nationwide! I cannot thank you all enough and I will definitely come see you again! Even if I have to limp a lame tire a couple hundred miles to get to you, I know I will be taken care of and it will be right."
