"Exceptional customer service is evident, particularly at the deli counter where they skillfully slice cold cuts. However, they could benefit from additional assistance, as long lines often form for sandwiches. Despite occasional issues with bread availability, I continue to frequent the establishment due to their consistently outstanding customer service."

"I have never received such a horrible service to get a sandwich in my life. The staff was disrespectful and had an attitude like they were doing me a favor and moved at a snails pace, as if they did not care whether or not you were standing in line for 20 minutes to get service. I spoke to the assistant manager and let them know that I had been going to that particular Publix for over 25 years and as of today I will never return to the Miami Shores Publix supermarket because of the treatment I received . Congratulations Publix you lost a loyal customer for life !!!"

"I keep trying to call the bakery dept. To get a price and make an order for 50 pastelitos for a work event and no one answers. Called customer service to see if they could help and explain my situation, and some really stoned-sounding kid said “one moment” and transferred me to the unresponsive bakery phone line… right after I told him no one answers in that line. How this dude even works in customer service is beyond me. Great job, Publix, for having incompetent people that hold you back from taking my money. I’ll get the weekly pastelitos order (and spend my money) somewhere they actually want it."

"This has to be the MOST UNSANITARY & Unprofessional DELI I HAVE EVER SEEN ! The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. While one of the associates was making my sub another of her coworkers was threatening to assault her infront of ALL the customers. The associate that was making my sub was ignoring me while I was telling how I wanted my order. The ingredients they were using did not look fresh or clean. I ended up taking a bit of the sub and throwing it away. That’s how bad it tasted. The WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS SUBPAR AND DISGUSTING! Won’t recommend this Deli to ANYONE!"

"Love Publix but this deli counter needs HELP!!! Wednesday at 7PM .. and only 1 employee slicing meat.. 20 minutes in and 1 guest has been served. Ouch … can’t sell product if no one is there to sell it.. Sad .. Do Better management"
