"LIMES! LIMES! LIMES! Very Poor Customer Service! All I wanted was the Wednesday One Day Sale of 8 LIMES for $1.00 instead of the current (ridiculous) price - 3 LIMES for $1.00! The Manager, Danny, GLADLY REFUSED to Honor the Previous Day Sales Price!!! I advised him that I was a hard-working teacher calculating end of semester grades on Wednesday and I was not able to catch the Sales Day event. It is a SHAME that all the Caribbean stores in this area are all the same. Key Foods does have a wider selection than Broward Meats on several items but they both are HORRIBLE with CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
"A numbering system is needed at the fish counter. It gets real confusing at times. Cashier's need training on how to say hello and thank you to customers. I stood in line for 15 mins while the cashier takes her sweet time having a full on Convo withe the customer in front of me. When It was my turn she did not even look at me. She even handed me my receipt from side ways. I guess if you are not Haitian you don't get a hello and thank you. That's bad customer service."
