"I have been coming to this location for 7 almost 8 years now. They've always been consistant with giving an great overall expierience. I finally got a second piercing on the 19th for my birthday, and the manager, Sarah was so sweet and knew what she was doing. I also came on an overwhelming day, as many other customers wanted to get piercings done as well. She managed to multitask, and keep focus with overall great work ethics. I enjoyed my experience. For the initial piercing i got the 3mm stirling silver ball earring and they were beautiful and simple. I had to come back to the store today because the post on them were too short and my ears are sensitive and they were just too puffy(this was my ears fault). I ended exchanging them for a longer post 3mm diamond earring(i believe that's what its called) and had a great amount of assistance from a lovely employee named Angela. I would give this store a higher rating if I could, and I appreciate these knowledgeable women, even if its just them doing their jobs. Thank you"
