Contacted Special Fruit Arrangements through their chat as they never pick up the phone and their voice-mail is full. They answered back at 3am saying they would refund my money. Refund NOT received. Do not use this company."
"I received a bouquet along with a box of chocolate covered strawberries from my daughter for my birthday. The 2 lilies in the arrangement were completely open, and the petals were very droopy. I called the phone number on the card attached, left a voicemail about the flowers. I called for several days, leaving a voicemail with no call back. I sent a message on their Instagram page. They responded, stating they were sorry, check on my order & offered a replacement. That was 6 days ago. I’ve left other messages, no response. The rest of the flowers lasted barely 4 days. I’ve had bouquets from a grocery store & Sam’s Club last much longer. Very dissatisfied with they’re lack of customer service!"
