"I have been a customer everyday for the past 5 months. I always get their hot food. I always used to get enough food that would last me till the next day. Now they have females working there that act like they are too scared to give me anything. They are definitely shaking the spoon. The females they have there now act like they speak no English"

"This place is unbelievable I ordered oxtail one day it was hard as brick and red inside . I let it go thinking mabey it was just a bad day I went back last Friday it was even worse than last it was hard as hell. I'm not a person to complain but had to say something. So I called back and told the girl that serve me that it was hard and not eatable she said we will help you if we come back on Monday. I said okay I come back she said I remember you, let me talk to my boss she went back into the kitchen area and came back and said the boss said I was supposed to bring the food back! In my mind if I only have a 30 min lunch break how I'm supposed to do that if I called and that was never mentioned in the first place so I asked to speak to the boss she said he not back there I had to call him. But I seen him back there and didn't want to come out so today was Monday this happen and no results so I left that's $30.17 for those 2 trays it's not about the money it's about the principle of how they running the business. I work with a lot of ppl and we know how much people love ox tails this was so bad I left the food in front my job for the animals they ate the rice and left the meat! That should tell you something wrong Thanks and good luck!"

"Totally unprofessional I called ahead of time for a sandwich. in the meanwhile while I was waiting, ordered a side of rib and a side of lasagna they threw the lasagna in the ribs in the same box. It look like Swampwater. Never gave me my sandwich On top of that, the man taking the calls over the phone told me it was my problem. It was up to me to know what and how I was being served and that I should’ve known that they were going to do that.. Server is refusing to speak English Lied and said that I ask too throw in a lasagna with a slab of short ribs I’ve been a customer for 20 years they definitely lost a customer hard to support mom and Pop businesses when the treatment of the customer is deplorable..
