"My experience is poor property management, run down looking buildings. All along the north side there is no exit , just a gate they padlock . Very unkept"

"Great property in an amazing location, 5 minutes of walk to the beach. with superb rooms. And they provide with free parking which is a plus. The room was very big and was well furnished. Kitchen was also well stuffed. Definitely recommend a stay here."

"It was my first time at Coconut Bay and for starters when we checked in the first thing they said that the pool was not open. I should of been told this before checking in, that was a great disappointment for me as I was specifically planning to use the pool during our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. When you're inside the room I was not able to lock the second lock, so at time I felt a little uneasy thinking that someone will be coming inside my room while we were inside. Also on Sunday our got clog and it wouldn't flush as normal. We had no plunger in our room. When we call the front desk they said that they will be sending someone to fix, but it was a lie cause when we returned the toilet was still clogged. Unfortunately if you have a problem during the weekend don't call the office because they is no one there to help you. Finally we had to find the plunger our self in order to flush the toilet. I think this is unacceptable. We also ran out of toilet paper and was told to pick it up at the front desk because they don't deliver. The service part really sucks here to be bluntly.We will not stay here again."

"My family and I only stayed here for a night and I will absolutely come back if we ever vacation in Ft. Lauderdale. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. It was a very big and very clean. It felt like being at home. We arrived late, followed the late check in process and checked in in the morning which was very easy. I absolutely love it here and I want to stay longer."

"Our checkin was delayed and it was poring rain! We had a long drive and were very tired. When we finally got our unit, we were pleasantly surprised! The unit itself was well equipped with great quality kitchen amenities. The king bed and pillows are amazing! Furniture looked new and it was very clean! Easy to find parking in the lot. Location to the beach was walking distance. Bill spent 20 mins by the pool telling us where to go for shopping, eating, water activities, etc… very honest and informative. He knows what he’s doing and he does it very well! Thanks Bill! We really enjoyed our stay :)"
