"Very clean. Very open, and nicely laid out. Young lady at register very nice and polite.. I enjoy shopping local, and I am glad this little grocery is here, in excel.. "I was just passing through and needed a snack and a coke. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. Like there was a friendly Spirit in the air. Maybe that sounds crazy, but it's true. Someone or many someones take pride in this store. It wasn't flashy. It was neat and clean with lots of handmade price tags and even a note near the register reminding me to check my antifreeze in my car and my heater at home. It felt like the owner cared about their customers. Most small markets jack up their prices. But I'd say that many of the prices I saw could compete with Walmart and outcompete Winn-Dixie. In short, I felt like I was welcome to shop there and like honorable people worked there and were doing the best they could with their little grocery store."
"Good for basic needs, including fresh fruits and vegetables and meats. Staff are kind, and the grocery store (an independent business ?) is clean and tidy. There's also a hot-lamp pizza kiosk inside, which emits tempting aromas."
