"I have worked in the military and out of the military cleaning floors I have over 30 years of experience in the field. But I have work for this company and they have supervisors over folks that has been doing floor for 15, 20, 30 years. But the supervisors has no knowledge about floors or the machines used. I would think if you want your people or crew to do a floor professionally your supervisor supposed to know just as much as the worker. And not just giving orders"

"My name is Mr Eddie L Harrison i was a 4yr 6month employee for 4-m.I was let go verbally over the phone jan 10th 2012 around 3pm.Im a trash removal employee and i was ordered too a building on riverside dr here in jacksonville florida and i wasnt happy because i was assigned a vacuming job insted of my true strength of trash removal and i took it with no problem but too not have real knowledge of the job and it,s resposibilities,and always asked too change the route iv,e always takin too vacume such a large building and constantly asking for another job vacancie and being told yes there is one and being very patient well too be let go over 3 small pieces of paper photographed by a cell phn or camera i find it very unfair and a embarrassment too me and my work history and longevity with the 4-m family.please i want my job back im not boasting but i was and still am the best at what i do and i would like my job back as a trash removal employee.Im a single black father of one daugther struggling too keep our apartment our livelyhood,and family together.i can be contacted at xjapan1423@yahoo,com.I still want too continue too provide a clean,safepath,work environment for companie,s and it,s employees....sincerly Mr Eddie L Harrison."
