"Half of the products we sell melted due to their promises saying today tomorrow today tomorrow could’ve told me it was gonna take 4 days instead of saying today tomorrow. I called another company they came and fixed it right away with parts in their truck with great customer service replying to calls"
"Bought a complete system 6 months ago. Installation was on time. Paid over 4K. Everything was okay until AC did not work. Called Mike no answer, messaged and Mike replied to call the office. Office called, left a message, unable to get a hold of anybody. Ended up fixing my own AC even though I have a warranty. Still have not heard from gator heating and air conditioning. Their wauchula office is also permanently closed. Not BBB accredited. They’re very professional upon getting new customers but once you have paid, you won’t hear back from them."
"I want to warn everyone on hardee and Polk county about this company! Do not hire them! If you do hire them,Trust me down the road you’ll regret it big time. Worst mistake I’ve ever made. No communication what so ever, I’ve been waiting on a part for over a week. They kept on promising they’ll be over day after day to take care of my AC and they haven’t showed up or even answer the phone! Worst service I’ve ever experienced"
"My parents had them install a new unit June of 2022. They failed to let my dad know that there was an electrical issue with the wiring and they would not be able to install the heater. During the winter we went to turn on the heat only to realize they never installed one, (which they didn’t tell us). Fast forward to now we have been having issues with the unit spilling water and they have come to look at it TWICE now and have yet to resolve the problem. This company is very frustrating to work with and are also very DISORGANIZED! The workers are nice but lack experience and don’t seem to know what they’re doing."
"Excellent customer service, and professional. Our Compressor failed, of course just before we list the house for sale. I called them because they were local, and I'd rather spend money local. I knew the unit wasn't worth repairing before Mike arrived, and he confirmed. Received an estimate on the spot, and approved the replacement immediately. The installers were here 2nd day, 1st am and got the work done quickly! They were professional and communicated perfectly. New unit, slab, ducts and thermostat... For a fair price. Highly recommend, give them a call."
