"I used Heavenly Housekeeper to have my new house deep cleaned. When I called they were very responsive and friendly. I asked for all rooms to be deep cleaned including inside all cabinets. Two women came to clean and they were very friendly . I paid for the services and had to leave for work, when I returned, I checked the home and realized that the inside of the cabinets were not cleaned, the sliding glass doors were not cleaned, there was still dirt around the drains in the sink, the shelving on the bathroom walls had dust, behind the toilet in the upstairs master and downstairs half bath were still dirty. I immediately called and explained the situation and they were apologetic and explained that they would be out the next day to fix the problem. After they left the problems were still not fixed, some cabinets were overlooked and the toilets were not cleaned, inside or out. I will not be using this company again, I had to find another company to come out deep clean the home."
