"He came and cleaned my upstairs carpet and stairs in about 45 minutes for 530 dollars. I called because there were multiple small stains he missed and dog hair that I could still pick out of the carpet. I was told that he could come back to the spots for 45 dollars but that he would not be able to do much since the dog hair does not get picked up by his machine. Also this was under the guise of a different company called south Florida steamers which has better reviews than his company?"
"David came today on time and steam cleaned my downstairs and staircase in under an hour. He was efficient and my carpet looks amazing! The customer service agent Melanie who set up my appointment was so friendly and helpful getting me setup last minute. She was a gem!"
"David did an ok job on my rug but left one side dirty. He picked the rug up on November 19th and held it until dec 14th bc there was a flood in his warehouse. I was having construction done on my house so I left the rug sealed until today when construction completed and cleaning was done. When I opened it the one side still didn’t look clean. I called him and he called me a liar and said I got the rug dirty again. How can all be clean but one side. I didn’t want money back or anything I just wanted it touched up. He said he had before and after pics but refused to send them to me. He was rude and called me liar. Horrible business."
