"I wish the system allowed me to leave a lower start rating. I hired this company to clean a vacant investment property I own. I live 1 1/2 hours away from the property so I trusted them (my fault) as I did numerous vendors to do what they said they would do via phone. Prior to them coming to clean, I asked Mike if he wanted to reschedule for later in the week seeing as how the water hadn’t been turned back on yet. He told me that it was no problem. He said that he would have the team bring water with them. When finished, they sent me pictures of the house overlooking the areas that they failed to clean. They got full payment. 2 weeks later, I made the drive down to begin the process of renting the property out, only to find that they had not in fact cleaned the house. While it looks like they swept some areas, it’s abundantly clear that they never mopped the entire house. While they cleaned inside the toilets they never cleaned the toilets themselves. We paid for a move in/move out clean, but the house was not cleaned. When I reached out to them, they agreed to come and fix their bad work, but the day before when I confirmed the time they would be meeting me at the property to fix the problem, they now wanted me to pay extra for them to come and fix their bad work. This made no sense to me. I’d rather pay another company to come and clean than to pay them a dime to fix what they refused to clean the first time. My brother picked this company, and it’s apparent he didn’t read the reviews. Please make sure you don’t skip over the other bad reviews here, as there is a pattern of this company doing this exact thing."

"Beware of this company. They won’t clean properly and blame you for their mistake. They left hair all over the bathroom and floors, consider dishes clean when there was still food on them, even went as far putting drinking glasses away when there was still lipstick on it. When confronted about the issues with pictures they will blame you for not paying enough. And I give them multiple chances with many different apartments, even asked the owner to go check after his cleaning people for verification and still found the unit in horrible condition. His excuse is “oh I didn’t look at the floors for hair” Do yourself a favor and do not work with them. They will cause more problems than anything"

"Very poor unprofessional job, didn't make any beds left the house very dusty. Spilled a whole mop bucket of water at the top of the steps pouring on to the walls, 20 pairs of shoes and left it soaking wet. The woman in charge did absolutely nothing. Never will use them again"
