"This company needs to be dissolved. We terminated their services and they entered into our office and took products we previously had before they started cleaning for us. The half clean and miss days and expect to still be paid. When you terminate their services make sure you get your keys back first. If I could give them a negative 10 I would."

"City Wide has been cleaning our office for about 8 months. The customer service and communication is excellent. On the few occasions when they've missed a spot cleaning, they have been very responsive and immediately corrected the issue, sending us photos to show what they've done. I also like that they offer many other cleaning and disinfection services and products, ie hand sanitizer, that have been helpful to us. I would definitely recommend City Wide."

"Cleaning is cleaning but where this company excels in my opinion is in the management and customer service. No matter what it is they take care of it asap and send pictures verifying they did it. AMAZING!! Johnathan allows me to contact him directly with any issues we encounter and has regularly visited the facility to ensure things are going well and that we are not only happy with the service but uses his knowledge and experience to ensure the work is being done up to their high standards."
