"I called to get a quote on cleaning my sectional (I was calling around to find the best deal). After answering a bunch of questions about the material, size, and condition of the sofa, I was quoted $99. I proceeded to ask if this would clean and remove the urine smell from my daughter having an accident on it. I was assured it did. I scheduled the cleaning for the same day. I had a technician call and reschedule for the following day (not a big deal). Once the technician came out, he told me the $99 only covered sanitizing. It did not cover cleaning or any scrubbing at all. In order to clean and sanitize, it was over $300. I decided to just go with a basic cleaning which was $175. They did a good job but they quote you one price and it changes once they get there. My sofa is dark and did not have any stains besides the one urine spot. I could see the raise in price if I did not disclose exactly what I needed and was looking for. I should have known $99 was too good to be true."

First, he sends someone else who I didn’t know and then wants to double charge for a simple steam cleaning. My carpet needed very little done to it just a steam clean Be careful with this company quoting you a price and then double charging at last minute— typical bait and switch techniques. Terrible!"
