"I’ve tried multiple different cleaning services and You’ve Got Maids is the only cleaning service I would use in South Florida. I find them to be extremely professional and dependable. The staff always shows up on time and is very friendly. They are very efficient at cleaning so much so that they seem to finish the job quicker than I’ve seen in the past, but still providing a very high quality cleaning. The person who cleans my who house pays attention to detail and goes above and beyond the call of duty. It’s always a pleasure dealing with the company and looking forward to my house always being clean from their service. It is an absolute pleasure working with Carol and You’ve Got Maids. There is no other company or individuals I would use to clean my home."

Finally on friday morning I got the green lite that they would be done by noon. Scrambling to find a reputable maid service, I called "You've got maids" and couldn't be more impressed! The lady who answered the phone and runs the company, "Joan",said she could help me and met me at my house and got someone to come in the afternoon. Her maid, Shakila, who did the cleaning, did an amazing job under my particular parameters and in a tight time constraint and did an awesome job!! "We hired You've Got Maids to do a thorough house cleaning. A checklist was offered with all of the items that would be cleaned. A 3 hour window was planned with 3 women cleaning. They were finished in 2 hours, but the majority of the checklist items were not completed. (Fans, refrigerator, baseboards, shower, floor tile, etc...and left the front door open). Not sure what they cleaned other than vacuum the rugs. I will not use them again or refer them. To their credit, they offered to come back but we opted for a refund."
