"I haven’t used the dry cleaners or an alteration service since I was a kid. However, I located this place in the plaza of Publix on 1792 and Fairbanks and the ladies were absolutely wonderful. I was in a time crunch and I needed my daughter’s cheer skirt alter rated to be ready in two days, and they made it happen And the convenience of picking it up with the machine is even better. I need to use you guys in the future. Thanks for the alteration she was able to perform at her Edgewater basketball game."
"The prices are a bit expensive. I had just one dress. It was $22.34. Most cleaners are not that expensive. Had I known that I would've left my dress. Or check beforehand I left it. My dress was cleaned well, for the most part. Still."
"I am sure that some people love the automated drop off and pickup service. I do not! This was my first time using this company. I dropped off a dress, mens dress shirt and suit. It cost 48.00. I was shocked. You do not find out how much it cost until you pick it up so you have no choice other than to pay it. That price would be fine if they looked like we had rolled in mud, that wasn’t the case it was a basic dry clean."
"Clearly there is new ownership and they do not know how to clean. Everything is now computerized and impersonal. I used to bring my toughest stains to them and knew they could handle restoring the favorite clothing item back to its previous glory. Brought my son’s Lululemon ink stained pants and it looked like they didn’t even try to clean it when Ingot it back. Got home and used hairspray and like magic the ink stain went completely away just like brand new. Can not believe they could not do this themselves. Seems like there was no effort so they would not have to spend money on chemicals to do the job. Why should I drive all the way across town if I can do a better job myself. You have officially lost a customer since 1998. I will seek to find someone closer to home who can handle my stains going forward so I do not have to DIY it and can focus on my family and my job and let them do theirs the right way."
