RugPro Oriental Rug Cleaning

"I have called them after setting an appointment today and they said they would arrive at 1230. I have call multiple times and not one call has been picked up since the time of the appointment. I have moved everything in my house and got them ready and prepared all rooms and I have now been stood up. I don’t understand what’s going on or if this business is a sham but I could tell you that this is one of the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to carpet cleaning"
