"I had a repair person come to replace the heating element in my dryer for the second time in a year. He pulled out a 6 foot snake of lint from somewhere inside the mechanism of the dryer (not the little lint screen). One part of it was actually burned! This could easily have caused a house fire! He said we are supposed to have a dryer vent cleaner come about every two years to clean out the vent that runs through the wall... what?!?! We had never heard of that, and have had the machine for 9 years!!! We called Dan and he called right back, and came the next working day. He came on time, removed a LOT of lint from my vent (a huge fire hazard), explained the process to us, was very friendly and polite. "I would highly recommend the work of Miami Vent Pros! Dan called back in a timely fashion, confirmed the appointment and showed up to my house on time. His professional and personal demeanor and service was excellent! For the time he spent declogging the vent and fixing the problem that someone else had left behind, the price for service was very reasonable. He didn't even leave any mess behind! When I dried the first load after service, the clothes dried even quicker than when the dryer was brand new!!
