"Ruined a beautiful expensive evening wear blouse!! It had pearls and sequins and they treated it like polyester. Never offered to reimburse me for cost and when I asked for $$ back that I paid to have it cleaned, Michael, the manager and maybe the owner, tried to cheat me on the amount. Might do ok with shirts but don’t take anything of value there! Very poor customer relationship. I will never go back!!"

"This dry cleaners does not take the care that others do and that’s probably why their prices are so much lower than their competitors. I dropped off three suits sets. All jackets were repleated so there are two crease marks on the lapel. They also managed to wrinkle the fabric of the suits and puffed up the collars so they curl and don’t stay down anymore. The pants were not folded well before they were pressed so the pants have these bunched up creases that i still have not managed to press down with a different cleaners. All in all had to toss two jackets and one pant because the damage done could not be repaired by other cleaners. Save yourself the headache and your clothes and go somewhere else."

"The story is that , for the past few years I had been doing all my dry cleaning stuff in Sunset Cleaners off SW 87 , have to admit I love that place, as I moved from Kendall to Richmond West and had to find a place closer to me, a friend of mine recommended this place, have to say great service, friendly plus if they see a spot on your shirt of your clothes they try their best to get it out. They take care of the clothes, it is always a good feel to see that your clothes are dry-cleaned on site .
