"I’ve been using European Cleaning for about 2.5 years and could not be happier with their service. Communication is excellent and their response time is very quick. All of the housekeepers are very polite and professional. There is no standing around or chitchatting. They are there to do a job and I am always thrilled with the work they do. Very thorough and prompt."

"DO NOT HIRE!! Does a horrible job. They only used water to clean my rental, then tried to blame it on my by saying that it's because the home had "construction dirt." Got mad because I called him out on his horrible service. Told me I no longer needed to pay before hanging up the phone on my face. Then transferred me to a collection agency. Hard to imagine how this disrespectful man has 5 stars. My best guest is that the previous owner, who did know how to clean, and had decent customer service skills, sold him the company with the rights to the prior Google reviews. UPDATE: The owner has updated the review to all lies. He was so money hungry that he proceeded to do the work knowing that he only brought along water to do the cleaning, with no supplies. I was not even at the rental, nor did he call me when he arrived, so it does not make sense that he is saying I "pleaded with him to do the work." The owner also did not request to view the home prior. I could have easily gotten another quote. Quite frankly, I could have cleaned my rental myself and do a better job. The "team" that he is speaking of is a person of 1. The pictures provided are not of paint and glue residue, as anyone for themselves can see. They are of that of a careless, money-hungry cleaning company. I did not only have 2 complaints. I had complaints for the whole house. The owner simply threw water on the floors and called it a day. He also mentioned that the team spent 8 hours cleaning. I have on my security camera him and his the cleaning lady arriving at 9:30. They left at 1:16. It is also very convenient how the owner left off the part where he said I no longer needed to pay, and hung up the phone."
