"My account is under my daughter's name--so please don't reply by saying I don't have an account. My husband dropped off our outdoor cushions to be cleaned. When we picked them up, all of the cushion covers had been taken off the cushions and buttons on the backrest cushions had been broken. Every cushion cover was ruined because the ironing machine burned every single one of the 10 cushions. You would think that a person would have stopped when it happened the first time. I had to replace the cushions. The worst part is that I have been to the cleaners three times now. The owners were out of the country the first two times. The last time I was told they were back but not present in the business. I showed everyone working there the damage and I left the cushion covers. I also left my phone number and they have my daughter's phone number. I have never heard from anyone although they did refund the fee I paid to have the cushions "cleaned." They gave me back the cushions. This has cost me over $800. It is NOT how to do business."

"Convenient yes, friendly no. My wife took a pair of slacks that were not cleaned appropriately (left a fine sheen residue on black slacks). Whatever chemical they used was clearly not meant for rain as it looked spotty after drying from walking from my car into the house during recent rain. Regardless, my wife was told nothing they could do and implied it was my fault. She proceeded to go to Radiant Cleaners by Bonjour and they turned out perfectly. Rained today and no issues. Plus my wife told me the gentleman at Radiant Cleaners was pleasant and friendly. Will be going there from now on."

"Brought uniform to be dry cleaned and have paid over 40 dollars here for alterations and dry cleaning service. On my last uniform drop off I asked them to press the crease on the sleeve which they indicated they couldnt do. I guess they use like a third party company that does the pressing. What's the point of paying for pressing if they cant even press the crease on the sleeve as I had asked to. Wasted money for nothing. I will not be returning to this business for that I just iron the uniform myself."

"I came to this cleaners to have my wedding dress altered. They were extremely friendly, helpful, kind, and got working away on it quickly. I felt like they made assisted me a priority. Both ladies who work here have over 20 years of experience. My dress turned out perfectly! And they got it done on time. I couldn’t be more happy with my service here.
