"I booked them 2 days prior to needing them for between 8-11, at 11 they called to say it would be between 1-4pm. At 5:15 they called and said it would be at 7 so I told them I would reschedule. Agin, I book them a day in advance, between 1-4, get a call at 3:30 saying they will be there between 4-6pm."

"UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and went over and above to correct this matter. Thank you for this! My property manager called Best Home Services, Tech Anthony, gave an estimate for a arching breaker repair for $7,632.00. I called Condee, whom I always have used, tech Jorge showed up late afternoon within a half hour and fixed the problem for $430.00. By the way my wrong diagnosis and 1 hour service charge from Best Home Services was over $350.00. Christy"

"Quoted a service fee and made it clear that the repair would determine cost. Service man called me when on his way and demanded another $249.00 to diagnose. Outrageous, but I needed the repair so I said okay after he said this money would go towards the final bill. He called again within minutes to report that the feed lines to my washing machine were plugged up. He said the cost of replacing the lines would blow my mind. $549.00. He was right. That blew my mind. Only after I told him not to let the door hit him on the way out did he adjust the price to the already paid charges, parts included. He changed the lines and departed. I called Best to report this issue, and the young polite lady assured me that I would get a call back on Monday. This is Friday, no call. Not surprised."

Arrival window was reasonable (4 hrs) and I loved that they sent me a picture of my tech before he got there. Frank was professional, courteous, considerate, fast and efficient. He explained thoroughly what he needed to do and gave me upfront pricing options. Will ALWAYS call them in the future!"
