"This service for a very small job was extremely overpriced. Due to a family emergency, I had to handle the details over the phone, and was not able to shop around for a better price. But 1500 dollars to bring in fans and a dehumidifier, and make a few small holes around one corner of my house is exorbitant. This cost did not include any restoration. It takes most people a long time to earn that much money. I will not recommend Servpro because I feel disappointed in how much was charged for the minor services done."

"We had a water leak disaster at our condo. There were service people onsite in less than two hours. The clean up required several days and different services and all were done promptly and extremely well as was documentation and follow-up with our insurance company. I would not hesitate to call them again."

"We had an AC leak which caused our ceiling to fall. We also had an issue with the ceiling on our lanai which several people were not able to fix.. I called ServPro and they fixed both ceilings which look good as new! The team was polite and professional. I will definitely call them if I need repairs in the future and I highly recommend them!"

"I must say that we had a great experience with ServPro. We had some indoor flooding... little did I know that I could have contacted them with the emergency in the middle of the night even! They were very responsive, as quick as possible and vigilant of all the stages. They were professional, kind, communicative and easy to work with. We went on, after the flood damage was repaired, to hire them to replace the flooring and also paint and replace some of the cabinetry... all stages were handled very well. I would highly recommend them not just for emergency/damage work but as contractors as well."

"Highly Recommended if your home is ever flooded. They were quick, and brought a whole team to assist us removing our entire home to our lanai, quickly setting up all the fans and equipment to dry our home, as quick as possible. It took 3 days, and then we decided to use them for the home renovations as well. This part was more time consuming because of the insurance claims, and took a bit longer than it should have IMO, but overall All the employees were amazing, professional, and extremely respectful with completing the work around our schedules. The only thing I have to say didn't seem to go as smooth, was the project mgmt of the home renovations. It just seemed to go on forever, but in their defense, it was a tough time for everyone in the area due to the Hurricane we had just went through months prior, so we figured that's why we had a couple of delays, but overall they did an awesome job, and if we would use ServPro again!!! :-)"
