"When I called to make the appointment, I let them know that there were a couple items on the lanai that I couldn’t move. They told me no problem. They were light wasn’t any big huge items well, they moved them out to the preserve they didn’t bring them back I had to call them , they told the owner that they were still there which they weren’t. I have pictures. they left their bucket full of water when they came back to pick it up they poured it on the lanai floor. Then all the debris was still on the floor. They didn’t clean up under the flowerpot and the decorative garbage can they didn’t move either piece so there’s dirt underneath. then they ripped the rubber casing off of the lanai screen, one piece went into the pool one is hanging down the owner blames it on me says it was like that prior which is not true. It was an overall bad experience because Mark who used to own it isn’t involved in it anymore. I used Mark for over 15 years they well mislead you you. I do not recommend this place at all ."

"Ryan is a very responsive person and great to work with. Being out of State it can be challenging to find a company on short notice to pressure wash your roof and be insured. This is the first time using a pressure washing company and will use them again for other areas of the house. Quick, clean and professional. Yes I would recommend them."
"I forgot to take the before pictures but this pool deck was gross! They got it spotless… they also did a guest house wash and roof and a drive way… even in the rain they were working! Excellent job. Good team"
