"WARNING: THE OWNER AND OR HER HELPERS STEAL! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Either the owner, Haley Brummett, or her "helpers" are thieves. I forgot my wedding ring on my night stand this morning. After realizing it on my way to work, I texted my Husband to put it away so nothing would happen to it when Haley, the housekeeper/owner, came to the house today. He had left but my parents were at my house so my mom put it in the second drawer of my nightstand. When I got home my ring was gone along with $300 worth of casino chips that my husband had in his night stand. After reviewing our outdoor camera we confirmed that she, along with a random helper we never met, were the only ones in our house. We do not have kids, it is just us. We now of course, have contacted the police, but I wanted to warn everyone to stay away from this company. Haley also informed us she was recently let go from another job and we found out that she changed the name of her company before. Probably a sign we should have paid more attention to. We should have terminated her a while ago but we honestly felt bad for her because we know she has kids. One time, after she finished cleaning, she texted my husband that she was done and needed her payment. He was at work so he didn't respond for 2 hours and she started to blow up his phone. We have never not venmo'ed her same day after finishing a cleaning so she had no reason to worry. However, she was clearly hard up for cash. On top of this, at Christmas time, we had gift cards sitting out that went missing. We let it go, thinking it was possible that we threw them away on accident with wrapping paper. We even gave her $300 christmas bonus before this happened, to try to make her Christmas more enjoyable for her and her kids. She was a decent cleaner so we tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. On 3 separate occasions, Haley, had ripped our curtains off the wall. We wanted to believe it was an accident but are now suspicious she had been drinking. I only say this because she left a gas station fountain drink here and it smelt like alcohol. Again, shame on us for not taking these things more seriously and terminating her earlier. Hopefully our camera caught it on camera so the police can take action without much leg work. UPDATE: After much convincing and threats to call the police, Haley returned the ring to me. I had her drop it off at my work so it was captured on camera. She never returned the casino chips, gift cards, or other personal items that were stolen. She is a thief. Beware!"
