"Servpro of Brandon/Riverview ruined the interior of my home. Remediated my home for water damage due to my washer/dryer and then turned it over to their contractors. Contractors called to say they couldn't put the house back together because there was mold on the ceiling so they weren't sure it was safe to proceed. When we entered the home, discovered the entire home was riddled with mold in every wall when it was isolated to a wall adjoining a bedroom/kitchen when we first started. Cost us a large amount of money to have another mold contractor gut the whole home/clean up their mess and they're ignoring their responsibility. Contacted the Operations manager Frank, filed a complaint with their corporate office and have heard nothing regarding making us whole after all of this. We lost our home for 2 years, had to take out a substantial loan to gut and rebuild the entire home and had to throw out/replace all of our appliances. Their tag line was, it'll be like we were never there, I guess that's true, they figured out how to make it worse, as if they were never there. Edit: also we haven't paid you because we are waiting on YOUR TEAM for insurance information and support. We had to pay to put our house back together after YOUR TEAM destroyed it, and are waiting on YOU. Glad to SUDDENLY hear from you guys tho ;)"

Both were so professional and immediately put me at ease that the problem would be fixed. They explained what they were doing every time they had to come to my house. Routinely checked on the progress and made a stressful situation a little less stressful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone."

"The faucet in the master bathroom leaked and flooded the carpeting in the walk in closet. It was 4 feet by 8 feet of wet carpet. They showed up and put two large blowers in the room with a dehumidifier. They said it would cost $1440 to fix. I complained about the high price and they said it was to be sure there were no mold issues. When it was dry they took out the machines and cut two holes in the wallboard to inspect for mold. It turned out clear of mold. I called a few times wanting to know when they were going to fix the holes in my closet. Finally a supervisor called and said that the estimate on repairing the walls in my closet would cost another $1100! They're not real clear when they give you the initial price that it's only for the cleanup or demo, it doesn't cover restoration. I complained bitterly to the person who called me about the ridiculous prices and he explained that they have a lot of overhead.
