I had to put it in the washing machine and iron it myself in hopes that the new crease would go away. Wasn't expensive but a real waste of time."

"DON'T USE THIS CLEANERS FOR ANYTHING VALUABLE! I took a white MK winter jacket to be cleaned, and it was ruined. When I picked it up, there was an off white patch and the zipper was brown (it was originally black). I had already paid when they brought the jacket out. The manager argued with me saying there was a stain......there was a small stain from rubbing against a car That would not have turned my jacket zipper brown. They offered to retry it which I allowed. This was the end result. The jacket is ruined, they refused to refund me, and said it may be a manufacturers area that they could send the jacket out for inspection. I don't have the receipt so that does me no good.....so, the end result is, they ruined my $350 jacket, rescued to refund me, take any sort of accountability or apologize, and I am out of luck. I will never use this cleaners again....for anything."
