"Used this place for a few years and now need to switch. The staff is friendly but they have lost things for a second time that are pricey and a part of a 2 part suit. The first time it took over a month to get back to me and issue a credit. Both times I end up paying the full cost of the cleaning without all the pieces"

"I am reviewing because they lost my clothes for the second time. I count the clothes at my house and at the store every time before dropping it off. For some reason, just missing one. Owner won't show me camera video of the day I was counting at the store, tells me to come back Friday. I bet they are going to try to alter the videos which I'm pretty sure is against the law. Unprofessional how this is handled with lose items. I see some reviews that mention lost items also... Most likely not a lie as I experienced this."
"Took in my Mother's wedding dress (she was married in 1949) to have it cleaned and preserved. They did an excellent job, were extremely nice, honest and knew exactly what I wanted. I would not hesitate to go back, nor would I hesitate to recommend to my friends."
"Pretty expensive for the quality that comes out, but the customer service was good so I continued going back. That is until they lost 2 suits of mine. Management told me to check my closet and that they needed 2 weeks to find them and then call me with an answer. No phone call, so I went in a month later and although an apology was nice, an apology doesn't cover $600 worth of suits. Don't go there."
