"I am saddened to have to write this review, but we have been given no choice. We have used Michales cleaning service for more than 1.5 years now. The first cleaning services were not the greatest and required alot of feedback. When we finally got to a place where the cleanings were being done correctly he told us his rate was increasing by 50%. He told us we had to "cover product, overhead and taxes". After researching we found out in the state of Florida your not allowed to charge for taxes on residential cleaning services so we felt ripped off even more.. Unfortunately we felt we needed to stick with him because of the amount of work and effort we put into training him. We have never had to train a cleaning person/team before. To then make things worse, we booked their services for today and was told they would arrive at 10:30 ET, and never showed. We had a disagreement about costs and taxes prior to this, and he stopped communicating after. We ended up with no call and no show right before the holidays. With all of this said, this is not a service i would recommend- they have unfortunately lacked professionalism on any matter, they require a lot of hand holding to do a proper cleaning and they will dramatically increase rates and illegally charge for taxes."
