"I called ServPro after my upstairs shower leaked through the ceiling to my dining room. I had a plumbing company out who had a remodeling arm, but couldn’t be bothered to come out before a week later. I guess they don’t care about mold. Wes made time to see us next day and sent Don and his team Monday morning to start the remediation. Got us all dried out in 3 days. Working on the drywall work now. I appreciate their responsiveness & professionalism. Great to work with!"

"Not an experience we were longing for, but after Idalia flooded our home Wes and his elite team of professionals immediately remediated and then reconstructed. "We had a water leak last Friday morning in our master bathroom. The leak detection technician and plumber were called and was able to fix the issue that day. However, a section of the drywall and wooden vanity was wet and damp. My wife Googled remediation companies in the area and read the reviews. We decided to go with ServPro of Dunedin / Palm Harbor South, Amanda answered the phone she was both pleasant and receptive. This was on Saturday morning, where the weather was stormy/windy that day. We explained the situation and Amanda was able to provide information and reassured us to the right people (Wes) to get our issue resolved. Wes assigned Don that Saturday. Don and Mike showed up, both were courteous and professional. Don assessed the situation and made us feel good that the damage was not bad and we were lucky to catch it on time. The commercial grade dryers and fans are what’s needed to fix the issue without having to go through our home insurance claim.
