"UPDATE: We've used Bubble Pink twice now and they are so incredible to work with, especially for remote owners. Our new tenants are very very happy with the results. This team really went above and beyond, even bringing in a huge ladder so they could clean our 20 ft chandelier lights (they even helped us to buy new lights and change them for free), and cleaning out stains that our tenants hadn't even noticed during the first walk through.
