"I recently used Remedy Surface Care to clean urethane grout haze from porcelain tile that had been improperly installed at my beach house Prior to hiring them I had multiple failed attempts by the tile installer to clean the tile, and I'd read everything I could find online about urethane grout haze. I even bought several expensive products recommended by the grout manufacturer to clean the haze, and though each attempt showed minor improvement, none of them was able to fully solve the problem, From the first call I made, I was impressed with Kim and Joe for their experience, knowledge, and approach. I liked that they wanted to see the tile and do a test to prove that they could be successful. They told me they would not take the job if they didn't think that they could get the results I wanted, which gave me confidence before I'd agreed to hire them. Fortunately, the test was successful and they completed the work within a few days. Not only does the tile look so much better, but I'm grateful for what I learned from them and for the products that they used. I highly recommend Remedy Surface Care, and I'm planning to hire them to restore some natural stone tile in my other home."

I had several coatings of Quick Shine on them, which is very hard to remove. Don’t ever use it. But Joe got the job done with no complaints.
