"Girls did a good job, but we still have a broken bracket on a fan blade in the kitchen. Since these are old, replacements parts hard to find. Very seldom find a single bracket. they come in packets of 4. I haven't found any yet. this is the second time in our rooms this has happened. we are waiting for a call. It was an accident, but it did happen."

"Used them for the first time this week. Had a slight issue with the floors, but contacted Lauren the manager and she sent out Soila "Sway" and Jasmine today. Our home looks amazing!!! Their attention to detail is first class, 5 star service! I can highly recommend The Cleaning Authority. Hopefully we will continue to get Soila and Jasmine to keep our home spotless!!"

"I usually clean myself so maybe that's why I am more critical. I'm extremely pregnant so I decided I needed help. The girls were very nice. All I wanted was the bathrooms and floors cleaned. They did a good job on the bathrooms but I thought the sweeping of the floors was pretty mediocre. I'm going to have to clean the floors myself. They missed a lot of spots and didn't bother moving anything to clean the floor. Definitely they can do better for the price charged. A paper was left on my counter asking for a 5 star review."

"They are very detailed in cleaning, as I was, when my body would allow me to do the cleaning thoroughly. I needed someone who could do the detailed cleaning, plus some, so I could enjoy life without stressing over hurting my back over and over again when I cleaned. Sometimes we have to know when to throw in the towel and hire help."
