Service at this location was done on time, same as the other ones, however price was the highest one...around 25% above. Tickets are done manually and w/o any info on them about what you bring. Price and lack of technology to properly register the items on a system is a concern..."
"My family member took her wedding dress to this establishment to be pressed and steamed... BRAND NEW WEDDING DRESS! They RUINED IT! When she picked it up there were brown marks all over the dress. She pointed it out and asked what happened? They told her that she must have spilled something on it and refused to take responsibility. She took it to another cleaners to see if the damage could be repaired and low and behold...... the other cleaners identified the brown stains all over the wedding dress as chemicals and a dirty press! Davis-Harris Cleaners gave back the money for the cost of their services but still refuse to take responsibility for destroying a WEDDING DRESS that had never been worn! OMG! The wedding is tomorrow and we are all praying that the new cleaners can make it wearable! Thanks for NOTHING Davis-Harris Cleaners and the stress you caused on the bride!"
