Hydra Maxx Carpet Cleaning-Tampa

"From my first phone call with Donna, she was extremely kind, professional, positive, and a bright ray of sunshine! She explained clearly how pricing works, did not try to sell me anything I did not ask for, and explained the entire process of what the day of the cleaning would look like. We used Hydra Maxx for a move-out carpet cleaning and since we had left the residence prior to the cleaning, Donna texted me about 30 minutes before the cleaners would arrive so my boyfriend or I could go over and meet them there. She was extremely responsive and communicative! Even though she could not give me a promised timeframe of arrival initially because we are in South Tampa, they came much sooner than I expected! Because of our location, I was expecting us to be the last stop of the day / late afternoon and they were there by noon. The team onsite was also professional and kind and did a FABULOUS job! I’m a perfectionist and it’s obvious this company hires perfectionists too. 10/10 stars, I would definitely use Hydra Maxx again!"

"I called to have carpet cleaning done on my home. The “manager” was extremely rude and unprofessional. Wanted $25 for a stain she said would not come out, but would still charge me. She wanted $50 just to clean 10 stairs. When I explained to her I could do them myself she laughed at me and said “God Bless You” and said it was something that I would likely call back to have her complete. I ended up kicking her team out of my house to give my money to another company with better service. DO NOT use this company! Way over priced and terrible customer service."

"Our carpet was pretty bad. Been here for 6 years and you could tell the carpet was the original that came with the place. We had lots of stains (mostly from a growing son who seems to try to spill things). I had this place come out and clean all my carpets and do a dryer vent cleaning. I will use them again. Honestly, they got done so fast I didn't think they did a good job but when I went upstairs to see the result, I can't explain how well they did. Some of the big stains didn't come up when we used a home carpet steamer when we moved in. There were no stains left in the carpet when they left though. Good guys doing a great job. Highly recommend."

"Saw this company on Facebook and when I was moving from my apartment I had to get my carpets cleaned professionally. I was able to book my appointment directly through Facebook and make payment over-the-phone. The company was extremely communicative and did a fantastic job at cleaning the apartment carpets. These carpets were definitely not brand new when I moved in last year and after the Hydra Maxx service, they looked brand spanking new! I would definitely recommend these guys over any other carpet cleaning service!"
