"When I arrived the lady at the counter was on the phone an totally ignored me for several minutes. She even looked at me as if I was an annoyance for wanting her to assist with picking up my clothes. I was horrified to find one shirt which was almost brand new had shrunk in size so much so that I could not wear it. An then a White French crown sports coat had not been pressed or clean. It was the worst job I ever got from this cleaner. I don't know what went wrong with this place. As I've used it several times before. THAT STOPS NOW. I advise anyone getting their clothes dry clean here to check them before you leave the store or better yet. Do as I'm doing an find another cleaner."

"EXTREME LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Run down shack of a business. NOT TO MENTION OVER PRICED. *Went to pick up my husband’s 18 items totaling $150…included $50 extra for ‘rush service of 3 days instead of 6 even though they claim everything is done in house. On our receipt that had notated wrong colors etc so my husband hand wrote on it to remember the actual color of items etc. So within 1 minute of handing man at desk my receipt he brought my items and I said before I pay I would like to check my order, “please give me back my receipt with my husband’s notes.” Man says he threw it away and printed new item list… I said no I need original receipt with notes. He said he doesn’t have it and begins to get annoyed with me. I called my husband to verify amount of $150 and explain I can’t properly check his order with his notes on original receipt. Finally man digs receipt up, not saying a word but noticeably annoyed by my request to check my items before paying. If I were to walk out without my items it would be on me and it was an expensive dry cleaning bill. I say thank you once I’m satisfied all is there, this employee says nothing, just very rude. We will take our business elsewhere for now on."

"My fiancé just brought his suit for our wedding on Saturday home, and it was completely wrinkled still. Now we have to find another place to take it before our wedding in a few days. Not the stress we needed days before."

"If you’re looking for quality alterations I would look elsewhere. They’re rather overpriced—I was quoted fifteen dollars for them to hem a bridesmaid dress and they ended up charging me nearly thirty dollars and they honestly didn’t do a great job. They also were unable to do anything past the simple hemming so again, if you’re looking for a place to do alterations I would look elsewhere. Overall I was unsatisfied with the experience."
