"Horrible experience. Had clothes misplaced by the cleaner. When it was Brooksville Cleaner never had any problems, but since it became Pronto Cleaner, it has been a terrible place to ake our clothes. The so call Manager; who is at the uptown cleaners has a bhd attitude. He's very very unprofessional and he is unable to have an intelligent conversation with you. Worse cleaner ever. No longer go to that dumped of a cleaner. Their laudomate is horrible as well."
"Went into lobby during normal business hours. Nobody was there to help. I hit buzzer, yelled “hello” and actually called and no one answered phone. No one came and I was there for five minutes. Took my business elsewhere."
"Had my pouffy prom dress steamed the day before prom and I picked it up that same day. When I took it out of its plastic, the tulle and layers were more wrinkled than when my dress was shipped in the box. Other than this they did good a fluffing our the back and put in a cardboard dress form to keep the it’s shape on the top"
"This is the WORST! Place ever. I took a gown in to get cleaned and when I took it out of the bag to wear again it had 3 holes in it. I took it back to the Inverness location and after 2 weeks I went back in to see what was going on with it to be told the owner would not pay for it because it looked like someone with heels stepped on it. You would have to be blind to look at the damage and think that. I asked if I could drive to the Brooksville location with the dress to show the owner and was told no. He would not even take my call. I loved my gown and was only asking that they replace it due to the damage they did."
