"Called two weeks ago, receptionist informed me that they set me up for an appointment on Tuesday this week, 20 minutes before the appointment I got phone call, saying that the crew is out, whatever that means, and somebody will call me back to reschedule, Friday I called back to see what was going on, receptionist informed me that they can try to schedule me again next week, but they just don’t guarantee it, whatever the hell that means, would leave zero stars if it was possible. Don’t use the service, unreliable."

"Walked in, said they can't do it after 3 minutes, walked out. Charged me 200 dollars."

"This is a honest opinion from someone who has used this service for several months. PROS: 1. They come in a team of 3 or 4 people, which means that they will be in and out in usually an hour. 2. The team they send is seemlingly honest and pleasant. 3. They will bring their own cleaning supplies, but will gladly use whatever product you would like them to. 4. They are inexpensive when compared to other cleaning services. CONS: 1. They are not very good cleaners. They will get the heavy stuff, but they do not do detail work. They have a lot of clients and need to be in and out. If you are picky, this is not your company. 2. They do not always show up when they say they will. Sometimes you will get bumped while they do another house and they will not let you know. 3. The mop they use just doesn't get the floors super clean. They use the old time mop that is dunked into the bucket (which gets dirty fast) and splashed on the floor. This results in floors that will not be squeaky clean when they leave, but it does get the heavy stuff. 4. Their method of dusting pushes dirt around rather than picking it up, so your house will be dusty again in a few days."

"Called left message 3 days later I got a call fromt he owner she came out to do a walk thru and give a price. Owner told me she would personally be on job and that certain things would be done. I really was only very detailed about one thing the cornors of the floors I must have repeted it 4 times. we agreeded and they were supposed to do the work while i was not living in the house I came back to and very unexcaptiable job, not only was the floors not done but so make thing greese on stove back, cupboards still dirty, they filled up my dishwasher so full I cant ge the bottom rack out. I called and complained she said she would make it right that was tues. evening thursday I spoke with her to see when she was coming back she said she would try on Fri TRY? long story short they came back with a detailed list of missed items and those still were not done. IF you use be prepared for a less then good job. I even called her back a 3rd time to make it right WOW I got nothing no im sorry nothing"
