"TERRIBLE job! Not only was about 50% of my house NOT cleaned, they came back after I complained and still left MANY areas not cleaned! The worse part is that my bathroom was just updated. I gave the girl a special cleaner to use on my expensive fixtures. Well she decided to either use her own cleaner or what she used on the tiles dripped onto the fixture and completely took the finish off of it!!! So very upset about this!!!"

"Called this afternoon after a different company cancelled on me two days in a row. I was pretty heart set on having some walls. Floors. Doors. Floorboards and whatnot done today. A cpl hours worth of work anyhow. Allen did let me know they were pretty booked. But explained to me he might be able to help me out today with some hourly help versus job related. (which I know was no easy feat) he went above and beyond to send out a distress call to his staff to see if he was able to accommodate in any way possible. Less than an hour he had done the unthinkable. Gotten a staff member scheduled to come (within the next hour) pricing was reasonable, and the woman he sent did a great job. Was very comfortable with her in my home. Felt as if she treated mine as her own. He then took the next step above and showed up just to introduce himshelf and get a better grip on what it is I am looking for in the future with the company if I shall decide to commit to more at any point ever.
