"We come in here Weekly to pick up laundry for an account that we do. Last week when we picked up laundry and then dropped it off, we were told that the total laundry staff made a mistake and sent us with the wrong laundry. She said she was going to call the owner and inform him. When we went in today, she never called the owner and told us when we bring laundry back, she will be sending it to the other property. My staff informed her that was not OK and that what we bring back is for the property that we are on and she proceeded to put her finger in my staff face and told them that they hear what she says and they’re going to do that. We will be using the Fort Walton one moving forward."

"Owner, please review your video for Saturday, 30 SEP 2023. I walked to your facility from The Preserve at Henderson Beach apartments to pickup my comforter (a nice queen size). I was hoping to use my $5 off rewards (47274030). You will see on the video that your employee was vacuuming when I arrived at the door at 4:54pm. You will also notice a bald man folding clothes in the facility. I kept saying (through the door) that it was not 5pm. She kept pointing to the large clock on the wall (that’s set 5 minutes earlier btw). I asked your employee to look at her Apple Watch because it was not 5pm. She kept pointing to the clock on the wall. I asked her to look at her phone. She kept pointing to the clock on the wall. When I walked away, I asked a young man, three doors down, for the time. He showed me on his phone that it was 4:57pm. (I did not bring my phone). I won’t be back to get my very nice comforter. I will chalk it up as the price of doing business."
