"Hired for a “top to bottom” deep clean. No room was properly cleaned, and hard floors were not clean and sticky with product - which I will have to clean off using a steam mop. After six hours (of doing what???) the toilets and mirrors were not clean, door jams dirty, not dusted adequately, stove and refrigerator not clean, furniture not touched. On top of ALL that our O-Cedar bucket mop is missing. Would not recommend this company to anyone, waste of time and money."

"Paid for the $360 Premium service and I'm honestly disappointed. I'm trying to figure out what they spent 4 hours cleaning in a virtually empty house because there was a lot left untouched. Windows,blinds, light fixtures were still dusty and dirty when they left. This was a half done job and and I wouldn't recommend this company."

"Dena (the manager/scheduler?) was nice over the phone and it was fairly easy to get an appointment with a short notice. The cleaners were on time. The house (1100 sqft) was completely empty with hardwood floor throughout. We originally asked for a 4 hour Move in Deep Clean at first but had to change to 3 hours due to conflicts with the other arrangement. Dena was well informed in advance. From Clean House Services Inc: Move in Cleaning include: ceiling fans Baseboards Blinds Windows seals Wipe all door and frames Wipe all cabinets from kitchen and bathroom Floors Detail cleaning on bathrooms and kitchen Clean light fixtures --------------------------------- Since we were still in the middle of moving out of the other place, we specifically asked the cleaners to clean the ceiling fan bows in the living room before we left. After we came back and saw the outcome. We were deeply disappointed. None of the ceiling fans and bows were cleaned. The blinds were filled with dust. The rod was missplaced. They did not vacuum, mop or clean the hardwood floor. The counter in the kitchen were dirty. The drawer was misplaced and one part was broken in the refrigerator. They also left dirty towel in the sink. They claimed they spent most of time with bathrooms and we "should have scheduled them for 4 hours instead of 3 hours." We called Dena to give her the feedback and she said we "should do the extra hour as there was to much to do..." Although Dena were accommodating with the schedule, the service quality was subpar. We ended up spending hours "deep clean" afterwards especially the bathrooms. We forwarded the pictures to Dena and there was no response from her."
