"Brand new Ralph Lauren polo shirt was bought in New year's only wear it for about two hours on New year's take it to the dry cleaners to have it dry clean and it came back damaged he said he was going to pay for it or buy me a new one 3 weeks ago have not contacted me or call me I have called no return call is not appropriate for a business not to mention I just spent a 100 the week b4 at his business"

"I can see why people dont support businesses in their own community. I went into this dry cleaners today and the same outfit I have taking in before to be cleaned one time it was $16 to clean and now today its $24 to clean. Now in this day in time $8 is a big deal for people. Now after dealing with the rude lacking customer service skills of a young girl the owner tells me "THAT WHY I HAVE MY OWN BUSINESS, I CAN DO AND SAY WHAT I WANT".....With people opening up businesses and running it like this they think just because this is a small town we dont have options to go elsewhere so they can do and say whatever they want because THEY THINK WE HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS. I hate to tell you all but take your clothes somewhere else because if a business owner doesn't VALUE your patriotism to their business because he can do and say what he wants dont give him no more your money that's MAKING HIS BUSINESS STRIVE. Not only was my outfit price hacked up but my other clothes had LINT all over them and my white jacket had spots that weren't on there when I dropped it off. If I'm going to pay you to do a job please do it right. #BoycottRaysCleanersAtmore #MakeAChange #TheseBusinessesHaveToBeStopped"
