"Walked in wanting a double ear piercing. I have some scar tissue from a past piercing years ago and was told that wouldn’t be an issue. A woman who was training (and I was not informed of this and she was not monitored by her boss while I was getting pierced) did this work. Her hands were shaking so hard as if she was withdrawing from something. It took at least five minutes of watching her struggle with my ear for her to get it through. When she finally got it through, I didn’t want her to do the other side, much less two on each ear. I let her do the other side because I didn’t want just one side done. The picture with the red walls was the first attempt. The other side was perfect, hands still shaking. Her boss came to look at it and said he wasn’t happy with it and apologized. He pierced the same ear again and it came out crooked AGAIN. I was charged half price (still $60????!!) and was explicitly asked for a tip. Please for the love, do not spend your money here."
