"This was my third time piercing my nose, but first time doing so at Lost Lake. I was shook at what an IMMENSE difference my experience was here vs. the other shop I had gotten my previous piercings at. Everyone was so nice. My piercer, Rita, really took her time to help me choose the right jewelry and understand why my previous piercings hadn't worked out. She explained every single step of the process as we went along. Everything was clearly sterilized and clean, I felt completely comfortable with her. I love that she even includes an aftercare bag with instructions and saline solution. She also told me exactly when I need to go back to downsize (which no other piercer had ever told me was a thing). Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and so kind. It really was a great experience. I highly recommend Lost Lake and Rita for all your piercing needs! :)"
"I had a great experience at Lost Lake. The store is super clean and spacious and the staff is very attentive. Once you enter the shop, someone assists you immediately. Jaden and Rita in the piercing area are very sweet and very attentive. We had difficulty with my piercing but Jaden was very patient. I recommend Lost Lake. I will be returning."
"I got my septum pierced today by Rita and my whole experience here was excellent!! Rita made sure to be very thorough throughout the entire procedure, informing me about everything she would do. She was also very kind and gentle as I didn't feel much except for the clamps. After the piercing she gave me aftercare tips and because it is included with the piercing, a cleaning spray. Overall a 10/10 experience and I am super satisfied with the way it came out!"
