"I have been going to this pharmacy for more than 7 years. I liked the idea of supporting a local family owned business. I used to be able to get my prescriptions filled while I waited if I dropped it off or within 30 to 60 minutes if my doctor called one in. That was another reason I liked this pharmacy. Now it takes forever to have my prescriptions filled. I waited 1 and 1/2 hours to get one prescription filled. Also, when I call to get prescriptions filled and leave it on the automated system, they are not filled until near the end of the day and on more than one occasion if I need more than one filled one or more are missed. I used to get a text when they were filled. I don't get that every time anymore. When Brian worked there he provided individual, excellent service and would call if there was an issue. If they were out of stock of my medication I would get it the next day. No longer the case. I don't know if the pharmacy has changed hands, but I am less than happy with the current service. I can get my prescriptions cheaper using Good RX at other pharmacies. I go there for the convenience and service which has changed in the past few months. I am thinking of switching to another pharmacy. That would be a shame as Family Care RXis a small business."

"I wish I could give a 0 star! As of the last few months I’ve been going to them the service gets worst and worst. I came to the store “exactly at 1pm on Saturday. Yes, they close at 1pm. Which I totally understand. But I called them and explained that there was an accident that I was trying to get around. My gps told me I will be there at 1:03pm. Which I explained to the guy. His response was “I am closing at 1:00pm sharp.” I ended up making it there at exactly at 1:00pm. He locked the door in my face! That was so low of him. How inconsiderate could you actually be? Especially, to a loyal customer. I’ve been going to that pharmacy for about 3/4 years now. I pay more at that pharmacy than I would at my preferred pharmacy. Well after today, I will be getting my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy!…PEOPLE PLEASE CHOOSE A PHARMACY THAT EXACTLY CARES! THIS IS NOT THE PHARMACY!"
