"After a devastating hurricane which took so many lives and cost people homes and memories, it is so wonderful to see that this resort team has worked so hard to open again. There are some little things that are still being worked on, hence the four stars. The ground level looks beautiful when you enter. The condo we rent is tip top! Fitness center is back to normal and the pool is warm and clean. Parking is an issue with restaurant next door. Maybe a sign that parking is for residents and guests only? No permit and you will be towed. Just a suggestion. They are working on outside painting, so it can get a bit noisy during the day, but just like living next to a freeway, you get used to it. It is so good to see the resort staff and share time with our friends again!"
"The views were the only thing about it that was worth mentioning. Would not recommend. Desk closes at 5:00, rooms were basic and pool and hottub closes at dusk."
"Beautiful scenery, terrible service. The cutlery was incomplete but old and could not be used properly. There is no service, and occasionally the staff refuses service for many reasons. I can't believe that a hotel like this is still open."
"The rooms are from the 80’s and haven’t been updated at all. No USB ports , the bathroom lights are so dull and everything is dinghy. There’s no staff on duty past 4:30. The attached restaurant had a fantastic bartender but the food is terrible!"
"Clean, spacious, good location. Only complaint, which is odd I know, is there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels lol. The shower was beautiful, but the water didn't get very hot. They are doing a wonderful job rebuilding this area, so after all they've been through- it was a wonderful place to stay! We will be back for sure!"
