"The pharmacy tech I spoke with by phone refused to give me information regarding a medication manufacturer due to an allergy. She was very rude and said she could not give the information by phone, only in person in the morning (it was 10 minutes until close). I asked to speak with the pharmacist, a gentleman with an accent, who echoed the same thing. When I told him I was unfamiliar with any law or policy that prevented a customer from acquiring that information he told me that there is none, but that it was up to his discretion. I had called more than 10 Walmarts received the same information with no issue. I am a doctor. This is terrible patient care. I will be filing a formal complaint."
