Windows may open but they are still setting up registers.Been here at different times of the day and the same lackadaisical attitude. Hoping for improvement. Guessing positive reviews are from empoyees."

"So they’re currently offering curbside. Great!… except when I called in today, whoever I spoke with asked me to come in. Not once. But twice. I have SEVERE sciatica so it’s hard for me to walk at the moment. I wouldn’t have opted in for curbside if that’s the case. I even said I had no problem waiting I’m not rushing. It made me feel like I was bothering him…to do his job..then it sounded as if he sighed on the phone. He said it would be over 30mins of me waiting in attempts to have me come inside lol. It took 10minutes if even. Don’t offer a service when you truly don’t want to do it. Smh."

"I recently switched my prescription here. Their was an issue an I called to resolve it. I spoke with Ann or Annette. I was a jerk ( didn't realize until I took a breath & thought about it) & she continued to be nice & resolve my concerns. She took the time time to guide me in the right direction to address my concerns. I hope Annette gets recognized for being patient & doing a great job!"

"Dropped off two new prescriptions at 1:30pm today. They said they would have them done early afternoon. Called at 5:30 pm and am told that their pill machine broke and they can't provide my meds until the next day. I asked for my prescriptions back as they are pain related meds and I need them today. I get attitude from the person who says I can pick them up at 6:30 pm. Well, I'm sorry your automation equipment broke and you all may have to work a little harder until it gets fixed. However, job number one should be notifying patients proactively to give them a choice to go elsewhere, wait until the next day, or offer to fill critical prescriptions on a first come as needed basis."
