"Staff constantly lies about products availability and will claim to not have your prescription on on file just to not deal with you. I’m not sure why they do this."

"Terrible Pharmacist. Rude. Closes early. And is never there. Does not follow federal guidelines, only what She "feels" is OK when dispensing schedule drugs. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Part of the blame is also on Walgreens for not having a second Pharmacist to support proper store hours."

"This is by far one of the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever used and I've been using them for a good solid 30 plus year's. The pharmacist takes off whenever she wants and doesn't even update the website. Now it finally says she's closed on the weekends and barely open during the week. Good luck if you need your medicine. She's also VERY rude to customers and will even yell at you. It was also on her watch that half of my bottle of medicine was missing and I just found I was shorted again. Also, someone there has been running my care credit card. So unfortunately my dealings with this store are sadly NOT over yet. I DO NOT recommend using this pharmacy. If I could have posted zero stars I would have."

"This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I only go because they are extremely close to where I live. Phone hold times are an hour long or longer. A very common medication is out of stock and they have to order it. I will find another pharmacy."

"I saw a item that has no tag price on any part of the shelf, I look for almost 5 minutes for a associate's and when I find one the Lady refuses to help me send me to the front register, the register associate was busy at the time and was asking also for a manager to complete a transaction, the other associate that refused to help me go thru another door by the fridge doors and walk away, I step in the line of the register as I dont have another option, mean while another costumer come to the store directly to the photo boost and press the assistant button for assistance, after couple of minutes the lady that walked away come out and ask the costumer if she is coming to pick up, she attends her and the walk away the store and left in her car living the associate at the register unhelpful and with a big line. The lady at register was stock with a transaction that at I understand need some kind of help from another associate, when the other associate walk away from the store the one on the register look at her like she was expecting her help wich she don't provide. At the time my mother who was picking up some medicine finish and walk to me so a just put the items back where I find and walk away the store think on the poor of professionalism that I received and of course the other costumer at the moment and the associate also who was in need of help. Hope the management do something about this associate for the lack of professionalism that she have to the costumers and partners who work with her. This happens in the store 2353 Ocoee Apopka 9/05/2021 at 12pm. Have a nice day everyone and hope for the management do something about it."
